My favourite hair product right now is Bleach London's Swamp Spray http://bleachlondon.co.uk 

It's perfect for achieving textured, tousled locks and it's a mega bargain at only £6.99 (available on their website and Boots). I used it on a recent shoot for Very.co.uk, see the image below for the results...
